TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order with Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

CUSTOM BUILDS & PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

All enclosures, racks, and built-to-order products are made specifically for each customer.

Our current production lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Lead times may vary based on material availability, order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We appreciate your patience as we build every enclosure with quality craftsmanship.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at our shop in Loganville, Georgia.

Select Local Pickup during checkout.

You will be notified when your order is complete and ready.

Pickup is by appointment only.

SHOW PICKUP

We frequently attend reptile expos throughout the country.

Customers may choose Show Pickup when available.

Please select the correct event during checkout.

Orders placed within 4 weeks of a show must be approved by Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC before ordering to ensure completion in time.

If production cannot be completed before the selected show, your order may be delayed until a future event or standard production timeline.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

Large enclosures ship via freight and include curbside delivery only unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping time does not include production lead time.

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Address changes must be requested before shipment.

Orders requiring reshipment due to an incorrect address will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Updating your payment information or customer account does not automatically update an existing order.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Every enclosure is inspected and securely packaged before leaving our facility.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Photograph the exterior packaging before opening.

Photograph all interior packaging and any damage to the product.

Keep all packaging materials, including pallets, boxes, foam, and wrapping.

Contact Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

Do not attempt repairs or discard packaging before contacting us.

Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of a shipping claim.

All shipping damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC may repair, replace, or offer another resolution at our sole discretion.

Replacement products may require standard production lead times.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the enclosure may not qualify for replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to production.

If production has not begun, refunds may be issued less any payment processing fees.

Once production has started, refunds are no longer guaranteed.

A cancellation fee of 15%, along with any material and labor costs already incurred, may be deducted from any approved refund.

The following orders are non-cancelable once production begins:

Custom-sized enclosures

Modified or specialty builds

Rush orders

Show pickup orders with expedited production timelines

PRODUCT USE

All heating devices, radiant heat panels, heat tape, and similar products should always be operated with an appropriate thermostat.

Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC is not responsible for:

Improper installation

Improper husbandry

Damage caused by misuse

Injury to animals or persons

Damage resulting from failure to use products as intended

Improper use may void any applicable warranty.

WARRANTY

Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC provides a 1-year workmanship warranty covering defects in craftsmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage

Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or modifications

Damage caused by improper husbandry or environmental conditions

Third-party products, including LED lighting, fixtures, thermostats, radiant heat panels, and other accessories, are covered solely by their respective manufacturers’ warranties. Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC does not manufacture these products and cannot extend or assume responsibility for their warranties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Infinity Enclosures & Exotics LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of any product.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product.
